Meet the client
I am looking for a support worker I can connect with, help me out around the home and everyday living. It's important to me to continue with rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Using the kit at home, you can support me with stretches and exercises to maintain my strength and conditioning. Hopefully you'll share my love for large breed dogs as I have a puppy who is under going training. In my spare time I like to watch films and game.
Role at a Glance
This role is to support our male client with a spinal cord injury within his own home
Singlehanded role working with an independent client who requires some support with tasks and transferring
You will work within the client’s home and support him with his night time routine of exercise, personal care including washing, dressing and toileting (Peristeen), and moving and handling from 8:30pm to 2:30am then stay on till 7:30am.
Your Schedule
Shifts of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights to choose from. You can choose them all for a full time role or 2 for a part time role.
Hours are 8:30pm to 7:30am paid at an hourly rate, with 2:30-7:30pm as a sleep in.
