Are you a compassionate, reliable female support worker with a full UK driving licence, looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in someone’s daily life?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate live in female support workers with a full UK driving licence to join our team.

This role involves supporting a male client who lives independently in his home in Buckinghamshire with his two cats. He has a severe cervical spinal cord injury, resulting in very limited movement and sensation, and requires full assistance with all aspects of daily living.


What you'll be doing:

  • Assistance with all aspects of personal care (including hoisting, washing, dressing, grooming)
  • Managing catheter care
  • Supporting respiratory needs, including cough assist and non-invasive ventilation (full clinical training given)
  • Support with bowel and bladder care routines (as trained/required)
  • Support with mobility and safe transfers
  • Assistance with meal preparation and hydration
  • Housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe living environment
  • Supporting social activities, appointments, and community access
  • Overnight presence and assistance as required in a live-in capacity

When you'll be working:

  • Rolling rota - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

While this role is offered on a zero-hours contract, shifts are typically stable and consistent, giving you reliable working patterns within a dedicated care package.
