We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to care for our young client in Rainham (Essex).
What you'll be doing:
One client is a 16-year-old male with low muscle tone who has a gastrostomy tube and requires the use of a suction machine. He is mobile but can be unsteady on his feet at times. He is highly independent, communicates his needs clearly, and enjoys activities such as playing on his PlayStation and iPad, gaming, using his swing set, and swimming during the summer. We provide care weekday late afternoons (3pm-7pm) and Saturdays (9am-2pm).
Shifts:
- 2 x weekday afternoons (3pm-7pm)
- Plus additional shifts on occassion to cover for other Support Workers annual leave/sickness.
